Kwoon Chung Motors Company, Limited is one of the subsidiaries of Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited, a public listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It mainly provides non-franchised bus services in Hong Kong, which are operated under the passenger service licenses issued by the Transport Department. Some of these services are with fixed schedule, others are without. Non-franchised bus services provided by the Company with fixed schedule mainly consist of residents' service and cross border service. While services provided by the Company without fixed schedule consist of student service, employees' service, tour service and contract hire service. The above services are not subject to bus fare control imposed by the Transport Department. |
| The New Lantao Bus Company (1973) Limited is 99.99% owned by Kwoon Chung Motors Company, Limited. It is the franchised bus service provider in Lantau Island which is now connected with Kowloon by the Tsing Ma Bridge, currently operating 23 franchised bus routes, with ample of room for expansion in view of the new development associated with the Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok and the opening of Tung Chung New Town. |

Another subsidiary, Lantau Tours Limited, is the major tour service provider in Lantau Island which offers extensive travel packages which cover the new and the old scenery - from visiting the Tsing Ma Bridge viewing platform and Tung Chung New Town, to crossing over to South Lantau to visit the Tian Tan Buddha, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O fishing village. |
